Home Grown! is a new, regular night of original live music from our local area. In an effort to boost and maintain the great music scene we have in Mid Wales we are giving a new and dedicated platform to home grown talent. The night will have a different lineup of 3 acts every other month, with all door money going straight to the musicians involved in creating great new music locally.

On 7th September we welcome Pseudosonic, Ebb & Flow and Lot.V

Pseudosonic are a fresh, four-piece blues-rock band comprised of Bill Atkins on keys/lead vocals, Alec Smith on Guitar, Kris Black on bass/backing vocals, and Dylan Smith on drums. Formed in early 2023 they soon decided on a blues-rock direction drawing influence from legendary artists like Pink Floyd, Gary Moore and Stevie Wonder and combining this musicianship with the energetic creativity of artists like Lawrence. The band began with covers, but has since transitioned into performing more original songs and creative covers. They aim to convey a shared enthusiasm for musicianship through their performances across Mid and South Wales.

Ebb & Flow are a recently formed Mid Wales band playing original music with a broad range of influences, from rock to reggae.

Lot.V is the project of 18 year old singer/songwriter Lily Deakin from Llanidloes. Joined on stage by Owen Jolly (AKA Ffredi Blino) the pair perform Lily’s compositions which have stylistic nods to artists like Mazzy Star and Elliott Smith.

Doors 7.30pm. Tickets £5 in advance, £7 on the door. The show will be mixed standing/seated.

Join us and support our local live music scene and the fantastic artists that share our Mid Wales home!
