Harriet Earis is a classically trained harper, reaching Grade 8 with Distinction on concert pedal harp. Asked to join a London-Irish band in her gap year, she had a religious conversion to trad music and has never looked back since.

She is now considered one of the foremost exponents of the Celtic harp in the UK, specialising in Irish, Welsh and Scottish music often mixing Celtic music with jazz influences.

Clovis Phillips has been playing folk music in bands since he was 4. He completed a degree in Contemporary Music in Salford, Manchester before doing postgraduate work studying jazz in London.

Both musicians have graced The Lost ARC stage on several occasions in the past, but this time they come as a duo in support of the release of a new collaborative album.

A duo instrumental concert of lively, foot-tapping Celtic harp music backed by jazz guitar. The programme will include their own arrangements of Welsh, Irish and Scottish tunes (jigs, reels, hornpipes, slow airs) along with some new compositions and jazzier numbers.
